As Vice President at GEMS Education India, He works with schools, educators, and leaders to build sustainable systems that promote excellence, continuous improvement, and impactful student outcomes. He is a recipient of the President of India's National Teacher Award (2006) and have developed expertise in Academic Audits, School Quality Assurance & Accreditation (SQAA), Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Kaizen, and 5S for educational institutions. His work focuses on helping schools establish robust quality frameworks that drive measurable improvement. As an author of over 250 books, he has written extensively on education, artificial intelligence, school leadership, quality management, computer science, and emerging technologies. He has also developed 150+ free educational mobile applications for teachers, students, and parents, earning recognition in both the Limca Book of Records and the India Book of Records. His leadership journey includes serving as Principal of leading schools in New Delhi, Guwahati, and Lucknow, and as Education Officer at GEMS Education, Gurgaon, where he contributed to academic excellence and institutional development across multiple schools.
